Terms of Service
The service
Peekat Email (“Peekat”) is a free browser extension by Felix Lyu that shows and manages mail from your Gmail account inside your browser. By installing or using Peekat you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your Google account
You use Peekat with your own Google account. Google’s terms continue to apply to your account and to Gmail. Peekat acts only when you ask it to (for example archiving a message) and only on the account you connected. You are responsible for actions you take with Peekat.
Acceptable use
Do not use Peekat to break the law, to access accounts that are not yours, or to interfere with Google’s services.
Not affiliated with Google
Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Peekat is an independent product and is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Google.
No warranty
Peekat is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Gmail can change at any time, and Peekat may stop working or show incomplete information. Always check Gmail itself for anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Felix Lyu is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost mail, data or profits, arising from your use of Peekat.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Peekat at any time by removing it from your browser and revoking its access in your Google Account.
